Side by side: Palestinian Resistance factions announce mobilization
In line with Mohammad Deif's announcement, Palestinian Resistance factions have joined in on Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.
Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), is part of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, the military spokesperson of al-Quds Brigades, Abu Hamza, stated on Saturday.
Abu Hamza said the Brigades fighters stand side by side with their comrades in Hamas "until victory is achieved."
On its part, the West Bank-based Lions' Den announced general mobilization in conjunction with Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, while al-Quds Brigades and al-Qassam Brigades in Jenin announced that they have executed a shooting operation on the Salem checkpoint near Jenin this morning.
The Lions' Den also urged its fighters to immediately respond to the calls to join the operation, calling on them to ambush Israeli occupation forces.

The Resistance group also addressed the free people of the world to demonstrate in support of the operation that has been launched in response to continued Israeli aggression on the West Bank and al-Quds.
Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades announced an open war calling on all its fighters and military cells in the West Bank and 1948-occupied Palestinian territories to take action and join in on the operation.
In the same context, the Abu Ali Mustapha Brigades, the military wing of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, called on members of the Palestinian Security Services to engage in the battle alongside the Palestinian people.

Al-Qassam Brigades takes Israeli occupation soldiers captive
Earlier today, the leader of Hamas' military wing, al-Qassam Brigades, Mohammad Deif, addressed Palestinians and Resistance fighters in Palestine and the Axis of Resistance. In his speech, Deif announced the launching of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood in response to the continued desecration of al-Aqsa Mosque and assaults on women worshippers by Israelis.
The first stage of the operation included a barrage of more than 5,000 rockets and shells launched toward Israeli settlements and positions, the Hamas leader said.

The rocket fire coincided with several ground attacks on Gaza envelope settlements.
Al-Qassam Brigades posted a video showing that its fighters had taken control of the "Kerem Shalom" military site located to the east of Rafah in the Gaza Strip.
Concurrently, Resistance fighters are confronting occupation forces in seven military sites, while the Brigades has announced that it has taken captive 35 Israelis so far.
